Simply download the ANDMORE Leads app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in using your existing Exhibitor Account ID. You can begin scanning badges immediately.

HELPFUL TIPS

  • Your Exhibitor ID is available in your Exhibitor Portal and is the same ID used for registering employees and staff.
  • You can use the same login (Exhibitor ID) on multiple devices, but each user should add their last name on the sign in page to keep the collected data unique.

What is lead retrieval?

Each buyer badge at ANDMORE Markets contains a scannable QR code that includes unique identifiers. During Market you can use a lead retrieval program to scan buyer badges in your showroom. The unique buyer data (name, company, contact information, etc.) is captured and sent to you for easy follow-up.

 


 

Is there a deadline to install this before the show?

No, you can download the app at any time before or during the show to begin using it.

Where do I find my login credentials for the app?

The app now only requires your Company ID and the scanner’s last name. The Company ID may be found on the dashboard of the Exhibitor Portal. If you do not have access to the Exhibitor Portal, please contact your brand’s admin.

 


 

Do multiple people from my company use the same account/login or do we have individual logins?

Each person should login with the same Company ID, and then use their own name when logging in.

 


 

Where do I go to download the data?

Data can be downloaded from the Exhibitor Portal during and after the show.
