ANDMORE Shifts Atlanta 2026 Summer Market Dates Due to FIFA World Cup Schedule
Gift, Home & Apparel Markets to Run Concurrently in June 2026 in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA - June 10, 2024… ANDMORE announces a Summer 2026 rescheduling of Atlanta Market and co-location with Atlanta Apparel to accommodate a successful market while Atlanta hosts FIFA World Cup matches. The two markets, which will run concurrently across all three AmericasMart Atlanta buildings, will offer attendees a broader range of complementary resources and synergistic cross-category shopping opportunities.
The combined markets will run Tuesday, June 9, through Sunday, June 14, 2026, at AmericasMart Atlanta, with temporaries opening on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
“When we learned of the overlap of our Summer Atlanta Market with the FIFA World Cup matches, we began to explore alternate dates in order to secure hotel rooms and amenities needed for our tenants, exhibitors and attendees,” said ANDMORE CEO Jon Pertchik. “The concurrent scheduling of ANDMORE’s Summer 2026 Apparel and Gift & Home Markets will provide both industries with a unique opportunity for a dynamic and efficient market experience.”
Atlanta Market’s typical summer market date pattern in mid-July was in direct conflict with FIFA World Cup 2026 matches running from mid-June through mid-July in downtown Atlanta, including a semi-final showdown on July 15. Hundreds of thousands of soccer fans are expected to utilize Atlanta's entire hotel inventory during the quadrennial tournament.
ANDMORE has secured additional hotel room blocks to ensure ample availability for the Summer 2026 combined market dates. Attendees can begin booking their accommodations on July 14, 2025, through the market websites or at the onsite booking desk at AmericasMart.
This change in 2026 does not impact Atlanta Market dates in 2024 or 2025. Summer 2024 Market dates are Tuesday, July 16, through Monday, July 22; and Summer 2025 Market dates are Tuesday, July 15, through Monday, July 21.
