Submissions Open for 11th Annual ANDYZ Awards

April 1 “Early Bird” Deadline & May 1 Regular Deadline

LAS VEGAS, NV – March 10, 2025 – Submissions are now open for the 11th annual ANDYZ Design Awards, recognizing the best in residential and commercial design projects across 14 categories. Applicants are encouraged to apply on or before April 1 to take advantage of the early bird deadline, with the final application deadline following May 1. Award winners will be announced at the ANDYZ Awards Celebration Event on the first day of Summer Las Vegas Market, Sunday, July 27.

“Year after year, interior designers, students and showrooms submit projects that not only raise the bar in innovation and execution but also reflect the evolving trends shaping residential and commercial spaces,” said Cain Brodie, General Manager of Las Vegas Design Center. “These awards provide an exciting opportunity to recognize the industry’s most outstanding work while offering a glimpse into the colors, materials and design movements defining the past year, and we can’t wait to celebrate them all at the Summer 2025 Las Vegas Market.”

The 2025 ANDYZ categories are:

 

  • Best Custom Furnishings/Product Design
  • Best Residential Kitchen Design – Under 150 Sq Ft
  • Best Residential Kitchen Design – Over 150 Sq Ft
  • Best Residential Bathroom Design – Under 75 Sq
  • Best Residential Bathroom Design – Over 75 Sq Ft
  • Best Residential Outdoor Space Design
  • Best Individual Residential Space Design – Residence Over 3000 Sq Ft
  • Best Individual Residential Space Design – Residence Under 3000 Sq Ft
  • Best Multiple Residential Space Design – Residence Over 3000 Sq Ft
  • Best Multiple Residential Space Design – Residence Under 3000 Sq Ft
  • Best Commercial Space Design
  • Best Hospitality Space Design
  • Best Showroom Design
  • Best Student Design

 

“Early bird” submissions will be accepted until April 1 at $100 for ASID members and $125 for non-members per professional entry, and $25 per student member entry and $30 per non-member student entry. From April 1 through May 1, entry fees are $150 per professional entry, and $35 per student entry. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be submitted. LVDC has also announced Business of Home as its media partner for the 2025 ANDYZ Awards, with The Business of Home Podcast Host, Dennis Scully, set to emcee the award ceremony.

  • Best Multiple Residential Space Under 3,000 sq. ft.: Kathleen Jennison, KTJ Design Co. (Stockton, CA)
  • Best Outdoor Space Design: Wendy Glaister, Wendy Glaister Interiors (Escalon, CA)
  • Best Residential Bathroom Design Over 75 sq. ft.: Marcio Decker, Aspen Leaf Interiors (Reno, NV)
  • Best Residential Bathroom Design Under 75 sq. ft.: Brooke Aitken, Brooke Aitken Design (New South Wales, Ultimo, AUS)
  • Best Residential Kitchen Design Over 150 sq. ft.: Lori Brazier, House of Brazier (Sacramento, CA)
  • Best Showroom Design: Michele Youell, Natural Domain Interiors (Las Vegas, NV)
  • Best Student Design: Eleni Zoolakis (Fresno, CA)

 

The ANDYZ Awards, named to bear a resemblance to “Annual Nevada Design,” were created in 2015 to recognize exceptional design from designers, design firms and students. Interior design projects in residential, commercial, hospitality and student categories will be judged by a panel of ASID board members from across the country on five main criteria: presentation; innovation/creative use of space; scale and functionality; aesthetics; and overall execution.
